Asian Chopped Salad
  1. 1 T. Gourmet Dark Toasted Sesame Oil
  2. 2 T. Honey-Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
  3. 1 t. dijon mustard
  4. Salt and pepper, to taste
  5. 1 English cucumber, chopped
  6. 1 cup shredded carrots
  7. ΒΌ cup chopped red pepper
  8. 1 avocado, chopped
  1. Combine Gourmet Toasted Sesame Oil, Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with prepared vinaigrette and toss well. Enjoy!
