Black Pepper Parmesan Potatoes
  1. 2 pounds baby potatoes*, halved
  2. 3 tablespoons Madagascar Black Pepper EVOO
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. ½ teaspoon pepper
  5. ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine potatoes with Madagascar Black Pepper EVOO. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss well. Arrange on a nonstick pan or line a baking sheet with non-stick foil. Roast in the oven for 30-45 minutes (stirring occasionally) or until potatoes are golden brown and crispy (depends on the size of the potatoes). Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and additional freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy!
