Cara-Cara Orange Vanilla Cranberry Sauce
  1. 12 ounce package fresh cranberries, washed
  2. ¼ cupCara Cara Orange-Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar
  3. ¾ cup sugar
  4. ¾ cup orange juice (about 3 oranges)
  5. 4 strips of orange peel (use a vegetable peeler or a sharp paring knife)
  6. ¼ teaspoon salt
  1. Combine all ingredients into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens (20-30 minutes). Remove from heat and cool completely. Transfer to a covered serving dish and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
