Easy Truffle Fries with Garlic Aioli
  1. 1 package frozen fries
  2. 2 tablespoons Gourmet White Truffle EVOO, divided
  3. Salt and pepper, to taste
  4. 1 egg yolk
  5. 1 Tablespoons Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  6. 1 small garlic clove, minced
  7. ½ cup Garlic EVOO
  8. Chives
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss frozen fries with 1 tablespoon Gourmet White Truffle EVOO and arrange on a non-stick baking sheet (or one lined with non-stick foil). Roast in the oven (stirring occasionally) until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining tablespoon of Gourmet White Truffle EVOO and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with minced chives and serve with prepared Garlic Aioli.
Garlic Aioli
  1. Whisk together egg yolk, Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar and minced garlic. Slowly (with a steady stream) whisk in Garlic EVOO; continue whisking until thick and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
