Espresso Balsamic Hot Chocolate

Espresso Balsamic Hot Chocolate
  1. 1 ½ cups 2% milk
  2. 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 2 tablespoons sugar
  4. ½ teaspoon espresso powder, plus additional for dusting
  5. ½ teaspoon Aged Espresso Balsamic Vinegar, plus more for finishing
  6. Whipped cream
  1. Combine milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar and espresso powder in a small saucepan. Gently bring mixture to a simmer, whisky constantly. Whisk in Espresso Balsamic Vinegar and pour into a large mug. Top with whipped cream. To finish, sprinkle with a small pinch of espresso powder and a few drops of Espresso Balsamic Vinegar. Enjoy!
