Green Olive Gremolata Tapenade
  1. 2 cups pitted gourmet green olives
  2. 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  4. 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  5. ¼ cup fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
  6. ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  7. ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  8. 2 tablespoons Milanese Gremolata EVOO
  1. Place olives, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, crushed red pepper, and black pepper in food processor. Pulse until combined; scrape down sides. Drizzle in Milanese Gremolata and pulse until finely chopped (not a smooth paste). Use the tapenade as a topping for fish, pasta, or serve on crackers or baguette slices. Enjoy!
