Maple-Chipotle Glazed Meatballs
- Heat saucepan over medium heat. Add Chipotle EVOO, onion, and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Stir in beer, Aged Pure Maple Balsamic Vinegar, maple syrup, tomato paste, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Place meatballs in a large crockpot and pour maple-chipotle sauce over them. Gently toss to coat. Cover and turn crockpot on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Gently stir the meatballs every hour to avoid sticking. Enjoy!
