Ingredients
  1. ¼ cup Honey-Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
  2. ½ teaspoon fresh ginger paste
  3. Pinch of cayenne pepper
  4. ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  5. ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  6. 4 mini cucumbers, thinly sliced
Instructions
  1. Combine Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, fresh ginger paste, cayenne pepper, sea salt and cracked black pepper. Add sliced mini cucumbers. Cover and chill overnight in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
