Peanut Butter Chocolate Granola Bars
- Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with non-stick foil; set aside.
- In a medium saucepan combine Butter EVOO, honey, peanut butter and Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar. Heat mixture over medium heat until mixture is hot and completely smooth. Stir in rolled oats and peanuts. Transfer mixture to prepared pan and press firmly into the bottom. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate. Refrigerate overnight and cut into desired sized pieces. Enjoy!
