Raspberry Balsamic Prosecco
- 1 tablespoon Chambord liqueur
- ½ teaspoon Aged Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
- frozen raspberries
- chilled Prosecco or sparkling white wine
- Pour Chambord liqueur into a chilled champagne flute. Add Aged Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar and a few frozen raspberries. Holding a spoon near the bottom of the flute, begin pouring chilled Prosecco onto the spoon (slowly moving the spoon to the top of the glass). This technique will keep the beautiful two-tone effect of the cocktail. For an even blush color simply pour the prosecco into the flute without the spoon. Enjoy!
