Almond Oil Granola


Ingredients
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

¾ cup almonds, roughly chopped

2 ½ tablespoons Roasted Almond Oil

¼ cup honey

2 tablespoons brown sugar

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon pure almond extract

pinch of salt

1 cup dried cherries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil or use a silicone non-stick mat.

In a mixing bowl combine rolled oats and almonds; set aside.  In a microwave-safe bowl combine Roasted Almond Oil, honey and brown sugar.  Microwave for 30 seconds; remove and stir until sugar dissolves.  Add in vanilla extract, almond extract and salt.   Pour almond oil mixture over oats and stir to coat.  Spread evenly on a prepared baking sheet.  Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown (stirring every 5 minutes).  Remove from oven and spread on waxed paper to cool.  Once cool, stir in dried cherries.   Enjoy!!
