Red, White and Blueberry Salad
- Combine Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar, Milanese Gremolata EVOO and Dijon mustard in a jar with a tight fitting lid; shake well. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
- In a large bowl combine spring mix and romaine lettuce. Top with quartered strawberries, blueberries and crumbled blue cheese. Drizzle prepared dressing on top. Enjoy!
