Red, White and Blueberry Salad

Red, White and Blueberry Salad
  1. ¼ cup Aged Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
  2. ¼ cup Milanese Gremolata EVOO
  3. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  4. Salt and pepper, to taste
  5. 5 oz spring mix
  6. 1 head of romaine, torn into bite size pieces
  7. 8 oz strawberries, quartered
  8. 1 cup blueberries
  9. 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  1. Combine Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar, Milanese Gremolata EVOO and Dijon mustard in a jar with a tight fitting lid; shake well. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine spring mix and romaine lettuce. Top with quartered strawberries, blueberries and crumbled blue cheese. Drizzle prepared dressing on top. Enjoy!
