Spicy Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  1. ¼ cup Aged Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
  2. 3 tablespoons Single Varietal EVOO
  3. 1 tablespoon Organic Red Cayenne Chili EVOO
  4. pinch of red pepper flakes
  5. 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  6. ½ teaspoon sea salt
  7. ½ teaspoon black pepper
  8. 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
  1. Mix together Aged Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar, Single Varietal EVOO, Red Cayenne EVOO, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt and pepper. Place chicken thighs in a large Ziploc bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over chicken. Turn chicken thighs to coat both sides. Cover (or seal the bag) and place in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours (turning periodically to make sure thighs are marinating evenly).
  2. Remove from refrigerator and pour off marinade. Preheat outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium high heat. Grill chicken thighs about 5 minutes per side or until desired temperature is reached. Enjoy!
