Sweet and Spicy Baked Beans
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a small oven-safe crock or dish (we used a little of the Red Cayenne EVOO on the bottom and sides of the dish). Set aside.
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add Red Cayenne EVOO and chopped onion. Sauté onions for 5-6 minutes or until the onions begin to soften. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes. Stir in Pure Maple Balsamic Vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, and honey mustard. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the drained baked beans and bacon. Transfer bean mixture to prepared crock or dish. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes (stirring once). Enjoy!
