Tuscan Herb Italian Sub
  1. 1 artisan sub roll
  2. 1 tablespoon Organic Tuscan Herb EVOO
  3. 3-4 slices Prosciutto
  4. 3-4 slices pepperoni
  5. 3-4 slices Genoa salami
  6. 3-4 slices Capicola ham
  7. 2 slices provolone cheese, sliced in half
  8. ½ teaspoon dry Italian herb seasoning
  9. Pinch of red pepper flakes
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Split open sub roll lengthwise and place on baking sheet (cut side up). Drizzle with Tuscan Herb EVOO. Arrange meat between both rolls and top with sliced cheese. Sprinkle with dry Italian herb seasoning and red pepper flakes. Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Turn oven to broil and continue cooking until cheese is golden brown. Enjoy!
