Tuscan Herb Roasted Broccoli
  1. 8 cups broccoli florets
  2. 2 tablespoons Organic Tuscan Herb EVOO
  3. ½ teaspoon salt
  4. ½ teaspoon pepper
  5. 1 tablespoon Traditional Style Balsamic Vinegar
  6. ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly oil a large baking sheet; set aside.
  2. Toss broccoli florets with Tuscan Herb EVOO, salt and pepper. Spread the broccoli in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Do not overcrowd the broccoli. Place in oven and roast for 15-20 minutes or until desired tenderness is achieved (stirring after 10 minutes). Remove from oven. Drizzle with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
