Balsamic Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients

2.5 pounds chicken wing pieces

1 tablespoon Red Cayenne Chili EVOO

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon granulated garlic

¼ cup Traditional Style Balsamic Vinegar

1 teaspoon Red Cayenne Chili EVOO

¼ cup dark brown sugar

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Line a large heavy-weight baking sheet with non-stick foil.  Set aside.

Place chicken wings in a large bowl and toss with Red Cayenne Chili EVOO, salt, pepper, and granulated garlic.  Arrange on prepared baking sheet and bake in oven for 20 minutes; turn chicken wings over and bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until wings are crispy and golden brown.

While wings are cooking, combine Traditional Style Balsamic Vinegar, 1 teaspoon Red Cayenne Chili EVOO, and dark brown sugar in a saucepan.  Bring mixture to a boil and then reduce heat to low; allow mixture to simmer for 10-15 minutes (stirring periodically).  Set aside until ready to use.

Remove wings from baking sheet and place in a large bowl.  Pour balsamic glaze over wings and toss to coat.  Arrange on a serving tray and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.  Enjoy!
