Garlic EVOO

Our Garlic Olive Oil actually gives off the flavor of pungent, fresh garlic. Since garlic and olive oil are almost always used together in Mediterranean cooking, you can use this in just about anything.

Suggested Uses:

• Toss with cooked pasta, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and cracked black pepper

• Create garlic mashed potatoes by substituting half of the butter in your favorite mashed potato recipe

• Drizzle on steaks after you remove them from the grill

• Combine with our Sicilian Lemon Balsamic for a quick marinade for fish

• Use for roasting vegetables or dipping bread
