This ruby jewel-toned white balsamic vinegar owes its tart, crisp flavor to juicy, sweet pomegranates and fragrant, winter quince.

Suggested Uses:

• Combine with Whole Fruit Blood Orange EVOO for an outstanding vinaigrette or marinade

• Drizzle in sparkling water or Prosecco and add fresh pomegranate seeds to “dance” in the bubbles

• Wonderful marinade for poultry or pork
